How it works
Once you've connected your calendar (or calendars) Clientping will regularly poll for upcoming appointments that match the time (e.g. 1 day ahead) you choose. Each calendar you connect can have its own settings and reminder configuration.
When an appointment that matches is found, Clientping will look for phone numbers and/or emails in the title. When it finds a phone number or email, it will send your client a text or email reminder. You can choose the wording of the text, and can have multiple rules for different appointment types, each with its own configuration.
Once a client has received a reminder, your calendar event can be updated to reflect this by appending "Reminded:" at the beginning of the title.
When a client confirms, the title will be updated with "Confirmed", and "Declined" for declining clients. You choose what happens when a client declines. You could have Clientping text them back "Thank you for letting us know, we will give you a call", or you can even turn on client rescheduling. This feature lets you choose your availability, and declining clients will have a chance to choose a new date and time for their appointment. Clientping will also take into account your existing calendar events and blocks, ensuring the slot is truly open.
Optionally, you can also create a scheduling page customized with your business name and logo. This page allows clients to create meetings and can be shared publicly on your webpage or privately through email.
